A Vegan recipe for Coconut Raspberry Protein Cookies
Recipe
1 medium banana(90 grams)
35 grams of desiccated coconut
25 grams of vanilla protein powder
2-3 tsp of raspberry powder(depends how intense you want the flavour and the colour of the cookies to be)
2 tbsp of maple syrup (or to taste)
20 drops of ULU CBD oil
30 grams of chocolate
Preparation
Mash the banana in the bowl and stir in the rest on the ingredients Taste and adjust sweetness to your liking Form cookies and make a little hollow in the centre of the cookies for the chocolate Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 15 minutes Remove from the oven and add pieces of chocolate in the centre and return to the warm but switch off oven for 2-3 minutes(residual heat will melt the chocolate very quickly) Enjoy straight away or store in the fridge
Note 1.Because protein powder has a very different level of sweetness adjust the amount of maple syrup to the sweetness level of your powder 2. You can substitute raspberry powder with 30 grams of fresh raspberries+2-3 extra tbsp of desiccated coconut to get the dough to the consistency shown on the video
