Easy Vegan Recipe for breakfast – Granola and fruit
Ingredients
Granola 300 grams of oats
2 ripe bananas
3 tbsp of maple syrup
3 tbsp of cacao powder
150 grams of mixed nuts
35 drops of ULU
Preparation
Mash bananas with maple syrup, cacao powder and add oats, chopped nuts, ULU drops and stir to combine. Taste for sweetness and add a pinch of salt if desired as well to bring out the flavour Bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through
