Vegan Chocolate Walnut Ice Cream Recipe with CBD Oil
400 grams of coconut cream
2 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
4-5 tbsp of liquid sweetener(I used date syrup)
18 drops of ULU CBD oil
70 grams of chopped walnuts
Mix cacao with sweetener, ULU CBD oil and few tablespoons of coconut cream till a smooth paste forms Add the rest of the coconut cream and whisk till everything is evenly combined Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed Transfer the mixture into an ice cream maker and allow it to work for about 20 minutes to get soft-serve consistency Add chopped walnuts halfway through Transfer to the freezer to get it to an ice cream consistency When ready to serve, leave on the counter for about 10 minutes, scoop and serve with your desired toppings
P.S. if you don’t have an ice cream maker just transfer it to the freezer straight away and stir it every half an hour for the first 2 hours.
